TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure a reservation we ask that you pay 50% of the total tour price.Please note that this is a non-refundable deposit and cannot be refunded if you cancel.

We ask that you pay the remaining balance of your tour price at least 48 hours before the date of your tour departure. PhoenixPeruTours has the right to cancel your reservation if you do not apply by these regulations.

Please pay to Western Union , PayPal or by VISA also in the name of FRANCO MINAYA ROJAS , in the city of Cusco,Peru.

INCA TRAIL TREK RESERVATIONS:

500 people including tourists,guides,porters and cooks are allowed on the Inca Trail everyday.
For this reason,reservations for all Inca Trail treks must be made at least 1 month before you would like to depart for this tour as your passport details have to be given to INRENA,a government controlled organisation,to make sure you are one fo those 500 people.

Please note PhoenixPeruTours will not be held responsible for any accidents,or pay for emergency medical attention.
For this reason it is recommended that you buy travel insurance before your trip,including coverage of loss and theft of luggage and cancellations
